Managing Your Subscription

Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your PixoKit plan directly from within the app.

How to Change Your Plan

  1. Open PixoKit in your Shopify admin
  2. Navigate to Plans & Pricing in the app navigation
  3. Select the plan you want
  4. Confirm — Shopify will handle the billing change

Upgrading

  • Your new credits are available immediately
  • You'll be charged the prorated difference for the current billing cycle
  • All features remain available

Downgrading

  • Takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle
  • You keep your current credits until the cycle resets
  • No refund for unused credits in the current cycle

Canceling

  • Go to Shopify Admin > Settings > Apps and sales channels > PixoKit
  • Click Remove app to uninstall and cancel your subscription
  • Any remaining credits are forfeited
  • Your generated images remain in Shopify's product media if you pushed them
